The second edition of the Seminar on Protocol and Etiquette took place on 6 and 7 September.
Organised by the EUTM Somalia Advisory Team in cooperation with the Somali Ministry of Defence, the seminar brought together directors and senior representatives from various departments and independent units of the Ministry.
The first day was held at the Ministry Capacitation Centre in Villa Gashandhigha, while the second took place at the EUTM Somalia facilities within the International Campus.
EUTM Somalia Force Commander, Brigadier General Elio MANES, and the Director General of Personnel and Logistic Support, Ibrahim Adam Ibrahim, chaired the closing ceremony and presented certificates to the participants.
The seminar reinforced institutional cooperation and contributed to strengthening professional standards within the Somali Ministry of Defence.
