In recent days, the Mission Force Commander of EUTM Somalia, Brigadier General Elio MANES, received Mr Antoine GRAND, Head of Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Somalia, at EUTM Somalia Headquarters in Mogadishu.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on areas of common interest and reaffirm the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation, particularly in promoting International Humanitarian Law and its integration into military training and planning.
The visit reflected the shared commitment to strengthening professional cooperation and supporting respect for International Humanitarian Law in Somalia.
